Why do I need a credit card to book an appointment? Do you charge my card when I book?

A credit card is required to hold your appointment in the event that you cancel less than 48 hours, you don't show up, or you're more than 15 minutes late. No, you are not charged when you book any appointment.

I've never had a facial or any skincare service, what should I book?

I always recommend booking the Signature Enzyme service for new clients. This is a 90 min service that includes a 30-day supply of homecare for those looking to jumpstart their skincare journey. 

How do I prepare for my skincare service?

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment. Do NOT exfoliate for at least 48 hours prior. Do NOT apply makeup before your service, removing makeup will cut into your overall service time. If you are using ANY prescribed topical or oral medication, please contact us prior to booking.

What is the DMK Enzyme?

The Enzyme Masque is formulated to remove dead skin build up and other impurities. The enzyme flushes your peripheral capillaries with fresh blood and oxygen to clear toxins, increase circulation, oxygenation, and stimulates collagen. All skin conditions can benefit from this amazing service.

What is sugaring?

Sugaring is a form or hair removal, similar to waxing. Sugaring uses a cold, or room
temperature paste to remove hair from the body. Sugar Love is organic and eco-friendly!

How do I prepare for my first sugaring appointment?

Exfoliate in the days leading up to your appointment. Do NOT apply any oils or heavy lotions to the area. Do NOT shave for at least 2 weeks prior, hair needs to be as long as a grain of rice. Arrive freshly showered.
